On top of the Empire State Building

One of the most popular New York city tourist attractions the Empire State building was the tallest building in the world for more than 40 years giving you this incredible view of the skyline at night.  While its no longer the tallest building in the world, it still stands as the tallest building in New York City after the World Trade Center was demolished in 2001.  Rising to 1,250 feet, you can see the concrete jungle from all sides and get an impressive view of the skyline both at night and during the day.  While many skylines in the world cannot rival the New York City skyline, Puerto Madero Buenos Aires also has an incredible skyline at night.  The CN Tower also has amazing views both during the day and at night.
