Parliament is already one of the most popular things to do in Ottawa. In the summer of 2010 the city instituted a brand new light and sound show called Mosaika. Check out my review of Mosaiki here. It lasts for about 30 minutes and while being somewhat political the sights are quite incredible. Parliament hill is covered in different colors that catch the imagination of any spectator. The show tells a story about the unity and history of Canada while everyone sits on the freshly manicured lawn to watch the event. If you are ever in the capital of Canada be sure to attend this great event. Don’t forget to see our top 5 section to see other things to do in Canada and around the world.
