The one thing that I love about the Carnivals in Latin America (including Brazil) is that its about having a great time. Everyone dances with everyone and taking pictures is a requirement and not a question. I didn’t personally meet this little guy but he was standing right in front of us today and just having the time of his life. He couldn’t have been more than 4 years old since he could barely stand but look at those moves! I’m glad I decided to come.. what a great Carnival!
