For those of you that know me personally, I am by no means a drinker. But this actually intrigued me beyond belief. We wanted to try something different and being in Iceland provided the perfect opportunity. I present you the double shot of deliciousness. I cannot remember the name of the drink (I should have written it down) and not being a drinker I cant recall what was in it. What I can tell you is that it was unique, delicious, and when I go back to Iceland I will be searching for it. (I know I am not being helpful by any means).

I haven’t been to Iceland but it’s definitely on my bucket list. Marcelo, I am with you—too often I drink something only not to remember the name. The few exceptions were cherry wine, ice wine and ice cider…
