This is where the magic happens
The Presidential Palace in Paraguay was quite nice. There was an intense amount of security in the area as just a few feet there was a Brazilian Favela. Along the main tourist route you could see a bunch of security guards. Its ironic because in most countries that have this kind of security tourists think the police are there to protect them when in reality they are there to protect the country. If you get in the way then it is your bad. Asunción is one of the most cheapest cities in the world, I was able to eat lunch for two with unlimited coffee for $5.
