The Inca Bridge was not built by the Inca civilization, it is actually a natural land formation. There was a luxury hotel built at the nearby hot springs (with the same name) that actually had thermal baths available in every room. You can find the Inca Bridge near the border of Argentina & Chile and roughly an hour away from the city of Mendoza. There are package tours that allow you to see the Inca Bridge in addition to the highest mountain in the western hemisphere, Aconcagua.
