Tropea, Italy
The moment I saw the blue waters of Tropea, Italy, and the epic cliffs you see above I knew that I had to visit and see this in person. One of the most unique coastlines in the world just 4 hours south of the Amalfi Coast. When we contracted the boat to head out to see and was able to take these photos in person blew me away. Tropea is a tiny town nestled in the most southern part of the Italian mainland. To arrive one will need to take a minimum of two trains and be advised that there isn’t a lot of transportation so it is best to travel light. While most people travel to the popular northern cities, Tropea would definitely be a sight to see!
This isn’t a place I’very heard much about but after a trip to Apulia last year I’might enamoured by Italy and its coastline. I look forward to reading more about it.
I’ve recently seen some very disburbing news video’s on YouTube regarding Islamics taking over europe. Disregard and distruction in italy was amongst some of the footage. Did you witness anything yourself? How safe is italy currently?
Was completely safe… but if you are a female traveling alone I would take extra precautions.
