There are a few different as to why people dress up the way they do for many festivals and carnivals around the world. The man below is dressed up in all black and order to remember the African heritage of the coastal region in Colombia. These were one of the guys that I like the most simply because they were just out there to have a great time and act silly. Sticking out their tongues for pictures and other see the good looking man below was in perfect form.
