Emergency Assistance Plus: A Review

If you are a traveler, such as myself, you always want to be prepared for every occasion that you may encounter on your trip.  You may never want to think, “What if something goes wrong.” But truth be told, there are things that are out of your control and if you are not prepared with a back-up plan, then the adventurous stories you planned to tell your children’s children may just sound more like a nightmare than a dream vacation.

Let me give you a few scenarios that may occur…. Imagine you are in another country and you are faced with the fact that someone has stolen your wallet, passport and/or phone and the realization hits you that you have no clue how you’re going to be able to provide what you need to get from Paris, France to Paris, Texas.  Maybe you have a serious medical emergency and you’ve lost some vital medication, been hospitalized, you don’t even speak the language to explain the situation to the staff at the hospital, and you are all alone.  Do you really know what you would do in these kinds of emergencies?

Emergency Assistance Plus allows you to be prepared for anything that might come your way.  It does not matter where you are.  You could be half way across the world, half way across the country or simply half way across your living room—if you need assistance, they will be there.  If you lose documents you need to get home, they will provide them for you.

If you find yourself in the hospital, they will send an interpreter to help you communicate if you need one, a loved one so you are not alone, and when you are well enough to travel they will make sure you AND your vehicle gets home safely.  If you want a company that truly has thought of it all, and even allows you a 30 day trial to make sure they are a fit for you, then look no further, because this is the place for you.

  1. This article does not provide any detailed, good proof that we should spend our money on this insurance
Readers would like to hear from people, including the author, about their actual experiences with this company. How difficult is it to get a human being on the phone to help you? Did you find that expected coverage did not match actual coverage, and the company stuck you with the bill? What emergency expenses are not covered by the policy?
I’m sure that a little thought would reveal more issues that readers need to know before buying.
