The Baha’i Temple in Haifa, Israel is an amazing sight to see. The gardens that spread across the mountain side are incredibly gorgeous and you can find unique sites like the one above. I honestly didn’t know anything about the Baha’i faith until I arrived in Israel, I learned both about this unique religion that is growing rapidly and also about the Druze. I find it extremely interesting that while Israel is a land with many cultures and religions you can even find the world headquarters for another religion like the Baha’i faith (click here to learn more about the Baha’i faith)

The gardens are considered a sacred site, and thus they are free to visit. NO NEED TO PAY ANYTHING. BUT IF YOU VISIT YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT YOU NEED TO DRESS MODESTLY. BY THE WAY, THERE IS A MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF HAIFA FROM THE GARDENS, AS THEY ARE SITUATED UP ON A HILL.
Yep they are gorgeous and I got your email.. no worries for the caps! Thanks for the comment
Not only Bahai, you will find the established presence of nearly every other ancient religion in Israel, where religious freedom is guaranteed to anyone, even Muslims.
These photos are great man! I’ve been to Israel twice and I can’t wait to go back.
Let me know if you find yourself in Korea anytime soon 🙂
I was there in the Bahai Gadens. I saw a bunch of eagel statues and I wonder does the eagle have any meaning in Bahai?
Just curious and thank you! 🙂
