Not many people go to Paraguay and the main is reason is because the country is overlooked with the likes of Argentina, Peru, and even Brazil. Chloe… you are mistaken. The do not transport rice in a bullet proof vehicle that is protected by men with machine guns. Sorry rice isn’t that valuable.
