Uruguay is another country in South America that is often masked by the other more popular attractions in Brazil and Argentina. While the country is deteriorating greatly and inflation has just recently hit the country there are still great things to see. There is great history in both Montevideo and the city of Colombia and great things to see on the coast as well. Uruguay is bordered by Argentina and Brazil.
